Two years ago, in partnership with UFCW Local 21, Central Co-op took the step to $15/hr. This is an important expression of our cooperative principles and values, and a reflection the values of our community. Today, in addition to covering 100% of our employees Medical Dental and Vision insurance, Central Co-op’s entry-level wage is up to $15.64 per hour. According to our research, Central Co-op has one of the highest entry-level compensation packages in the grocery industry.
Thank you Mayor Murray for visiting us at Central Co-op to celebrate our city's new minimum wage!
