The Kitchn takes a comprehensive overview of 10 Glorious Ways to Eat Your Weight in Melon, including Watermelon S’mores, Cantaloupe Smoothies and Mixed Melon & Limoncello Sangria.

Serious Eats reveals a chef’s tips on How to Dress Up Fresh Summer Melon, including intriguing combos with ricotta and prosciutto.

Food 52 has a simple, three-ingredient Watermelon Pudding (Gelo d'Anguria) that looks very refreshing, and a way to make soup without turning on the oven with their White Gazpacho with Cantaloupe.
