Montinore Vivace, $16.99 (reg. $17.99)

Vivacé is Italian for “in a brisk, spirited manner,” which is the perfect descriptor for this aromatic sparkling white wine blend. The result is a fragrant nose of orange blossom, lemon, lime, honey and a hint of ginger while the exuberant palate features juicy green apple, ripe melon, lime zest and citrus confectionary. A wine that still has nice structure and a lasting finish, Vivacé is bubbly and easy-drinking. It’s a delightful and refreshing sipper for any occasion. Made with Demeter-Certified Biodynamic Grapes, Certified Organic.

Famille Cattin Cremant D'Alsace, $17.99

Crémant d’Alsace Brut Cattin Rosé is made from the single variety of Pinot Noir, which is characterized by red fruit flavors. Elegant and delicate, this sparkling wine is great for celebration and aperitif. It has a refreshing and creamy with fruity aromas such as strawberries and lemon, with a clean and long-lasting finish. Delicious on its own or with macaroon or in dessert with a fraisier cake.

Mille Prosecco Millesimato, $13.99

“I really like this stuff.  It's nice and dry, full-flavored, great bubbles.” – Josh

"Fine and lingering perlage, with a bouquet with hints of apple, pear and a delicate note of citrus fruit, which delicately expresses flowery hints. Soft and elegant, with a very pleasant fizziness. Tangy and lingering, faboulously lively and light at every glass. Mille is great as an aperitif and wine for conversations. It is also an excellent wine to accompany a whole fish or vegetable menu." – Winemaker

Mas Candi Tinc Set, $19.99

“Super tasty stuff.  great acidity and minerality.  peach and green apple with almond-y, yeasty finish.” - Josh

Biodynamic, with vines between 10-25 years old. The vineyard is not tilled - this is true minimal intervention agriculture. The objective is to have the highest variety life in the soil and create a natural balance within the environment. Manual harvest with selection of the grapes in the vineyard. Single fermentation in the bottle with indigenous yeasts and no additions.

Szigeti Sparkling Gruner Veltliner, $21.99

Szigeti seeks to produce wines in a fresh style with clear varietal expression. Grüner Veltliner Brut shows notes of green apple and citrus with the savory spiciness typical of the Grüner Veltliner variety. The wine is crisp and clean tasting on the palate with a lingering dry finish. Grüner Veltliner Brut will accent simply prepared fish and shellfish like the way a squeeze of lemon might. The citrus character of this wine will highlight the brininess of raw oysters, sushi, or grilled prawns while its acidity and texture perfectly compliment veal schnitzel and fried chicken.

Terres Dorees FRV100, $20.99

When you pour this lightly petillant wine into the glass you immediately notice the pink hue which is the result of the short time that the red skins have been in contact with the grape juice. It is a perfect aperitif or dessert wine.  It is perfect summer sipping sitting in the garden or looking over the sea. It also teams beautifully with berry desserts such as strawberry soup. - LivingWines

One of America's top wine writers, Jon Bonné from Punch magazine raves about this wine:

“…a model for irresistibly casual sparkling wine… Lightly floral, brightly flavored and always with just the right balance of sugar. Rarely crosses 8 percent alcohol.”

“Super tasty, low alcohol and perfect for brunch.  If you say the name in French, it sounds like ‘effervescent’" – Josh
