Serves 2-4

Season: Summer

Garland McQueen, CEO

Garland grew up next to a peach orchard and spent many a hot day harvesting peaches, so he’s not much of a fan of them. However, this recipe changed his mind!

Ingredients:

3 large peaches
¼ stick of butter (I use Organic Valley)
¼ cup dark brown sugar (I use Wholesome)
½ cup of heavy cream, whipped ( I use Organic Valley)
1 solid appetite ( I use mine)

Directions:

Take 3 large peaches
Cut in half and remove the seed
Cut each half into 5 slices
Melt ¼ stick of butter in pan on medium heat
Lay peaches in butter and then sprinkle brown sugar over them (1/4 cup)
Sautée for around 5 minutes on medium heat
Turn heat to low and cook for another 5 minutes
Place peaches in shallow dish and pour the brown sugar glaze over then
Top with whipped cream…or not

Total time: 15-20 minutes
Serves: 2 to 4 depending upon your desire for a sugar rush

Keywords: Peach
